Gotham Awards 2022: svelate nomine, in testa “Aftersun” e “Tar”
Svelate dalla Gotham Film and Media Institute, le nomine della 22esima edizione dei Gotham Awards, i riconoscimenti del cinema indipendente americano, la cui cerimonia di premiazione si terrà il 28 novembre.
“Siamo entusiasti di annunciare i candidati al Gotham Award di quest’anno e non vediamo l’ora di festeggiare insieme dal vivo e di persona. Quest’anno sono stati presi in considerazione oltre 500 film e programmi TV. Questi registi hanno dimostrato un enorme coraggio e invenzione nella produzione del loro lavoro durante questi mesi e vorremmo congratularci con tutti loro” – ha dichiarato Jeffrey Sharp, pluripremiato produttore cinematografico e direttore esecutivo di The Gotham.
A guidare le candidature il dramma familiare di Charlotte Wells “Aftersun”, e “Tar” di Todd Field con Cate Blanchett, che ottengono 4 menzioni, seguiti da “Everything, Everywhere all at Once” con 3.
